We design for the way Chennai homes are actually used.
Rita Decors started in 2016 with apartment renovations around north Chennai. The early jobs taught us to measure twice, respect the building’s work hours and leave enough access for the electrician.
We work with teak, veneer, laminate, Corian, granite and good hardware. We also work with what is already there. A sound floor need not be replaced. A compact kitchen needs better corners before it needs expensive shutters.
Our carpenters and site teams are local. They understand sea air, monsoon damp, apartment lifts and the small practical negotiations that keep a job moving.

We explain where the budget is going and where a simpler material will do.
Build for repair
Hardware can fail. Plumbing needs access. Good interiors allow both to be fixed.
