How we work

Six stages. No mystery between them.

A small renovation may move faster. A full home needs more time. We set the schedule after measurement, not before.

Consultation

1 meeting

You show us the rooms, share your budget range and tell us what is not working.

1–2 days

We measure walls, beams, windows and services. You arrange building access and available drawings.

2–3 weeks

You review layouts first, then room views. This is the right time to change storage, colour and furniture positions.

1 week

You see laminate, veneer, stone and hardware samples in person. We record every approved code.

6–12 weeks

You approve the work schedule and key site decisions. We coordinate trades around society work-hour rules.

2–3 days

You walk through every room with us. We list small corrections, finish them and explain care and warranties.
